Outsourcing Jobs To Foreign Country

Outsourcing today is booming. Maybe for some people they already have a clear perception about outsourcing and this made them interested about it. This is because outsourcing is always associated with the phrase “reducing the cost”. Of course, anybody who is in line with the business world always wants to save money on expenses on the cost of the operation.

However, media people are able to arrive at a conclusion that outsourcing should not always be based on the reduction of the cost. This is not supposed to be the basis of outsourcing. There are still a lot of factors that must be taken onto consideration.

Outsourcing has varying interpretations, but it usually meets at one end. This is the factor referring to International outsourcing. This takes place when the industrialized countries with exporting jobs extend their service to developing countries.

United States is one of the foreign countries that play an important role in outsourcing today. It is among those places that have the capacity to outsource because in the first place this country is highly industrialized. It happens particularly in the call center outsourcing. In spite of this, some states also inhibit domestic outsourcing.

Controversy regarding outsourcing jobs to foreign country is rising. The bottom line for this is simple; each of the foreign company aspires for increasing sales and profits, then again, who doesn’t? This is the fundamental reason why they need to grow and expand in many places.

Despite of all the disadvantages of outsourcing that are presented by the media, people tend to fall into deaf ears about it. This is a particular instance for the residence of the Third World countries that has the great need for jobs.

Outsourcing is sometimes referred as a sample of a new type of trade. Just try to think of it, when a good service is produced at a lower cost in the Third World country, it makes sense to import it rather than to produce it domestically.

Some of the historians noted that the outsourcing of jobs to foreign country is considered as an industrial revolution because its effect to the different parts of the world is almost the same as the first industrial revolution that took place about a century ago.

Until now, it cannot still be avoided that the drastic changes brought by the industrialization due to outsourcing is greatly affected by political factors that are likely to interfere in some financial and economic adjustment.
