"Now the automation system is step beyond the machines in all industries. Human operators are needed to work the machines which helps in production but in Automation system there is no need of muscular help and further save the time. Thus automation plays a vital role in world growing economy. Automation has had an important place in large scale industries together with manufacturing. Due this technique the large telephone system has changed automated telephone switch boards and enquiring machines. In medical field also electrocardiography or radiography and laboratory analysis of human genes, sera, cells, and tissues is carried out with great accuracy and high speed by these automated systems. To obtain the cash and transaction is made fast with the help of automated teller machines. Automation systems shift the economy from industrial jobs to service jobs in 2oth and 21st centuries.
The main advantages of automation are that it reduces the manual operators help. Other merits are it replaces humans from dangerous environment and can perform higher tasks. Thus it improves the economic status. The main demerits of automation are high intial costs, unpredictable development costs, security threats, technical limitations, increase in unemployment rate etc
The process which helps to transfer 2-D images to 3-D substance is called Pad printing services. This is done with an indirect offset printing method that makes an image being converted from the printing plate through a silicone pad onto the surface to be printed. This printing is used in industries like medical, automotive, promotional, apparel, electronics, sports equipment and toys, for applications in hard substances. The functional substances like conductive inks, dyes, adhesive and lubricants can also be deposited using this technique.
